These terms apply to your use of ThirtyThreeCabinetry.com and the forms and messaging services offered by Thirty Three Cabinetry, a division of Revamped, LLC (“Thirty Three Cabinetry,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us or submit a form. Please don’t upload files you don’t have the right to share, or anything harmful or unlawful.
Quotes, designs and pricing
- Information on this website, including descriptions, timelines, and examples, is for general information and is not an offer or a contract.
- Quotes and allowance figures are estimates based on the plans and information provided. They may change if plans, site conditions, selections, or manufacturer pricing change.
- Orders, deposits, delivery, installation, and warranties are governed by the written proposal or agreement for your project. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
- Designs and drawings we create remain our property until the project is ordered, and may not be shared with other suppliers to obtain competing quotes without our permission.
Plans and files you upload
You keep ownership of the plans and files you send us. By uploading them, you give us permission to use them to prepare quotes, designs, and orders for your project, and to share them with suppliers as needed for that purpose.
Text messaging program
Program description. When you opt in on one of our forms, Thirty Three Cabinetry may send you text messages. Non-marketing messages cover quote updates, project scheduling, and delivery coordination. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send offers, discounts, and product updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your project and requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You’ll receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The text, photos, graphics, and logos on this website belong to Thirty Three Cabinetry or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names of the cabinet lines we carry belong to their respective owners.

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the website itself. Warranties for cabinetry and installation are provided only in your written project agreement and by the cabinet manufacturer.
