From lumberyards to leading his own cabinetry company, Travis has spent his career on both sides of the counter. After earning a Business Management degree and managing a national industrial and construction supply branch, he began renovating homes and building a rental portfolio. That hands-on experience—and a builder’s license—led him to launch a design-build remodeling firm, and eventually, Thirty Three Cabinetry.
We were our own customer – so we built a better way to buy kitchen cabinetry.
Before starting Thirty Three Cabinetry, we spent years working in kitchen remodeling and design. Over time, we noticed the same thing happening again and again: homeowners were trying to make smart decisions — but without a clear design to guide them.
Without a thoughtful layout in place, cabinet choices felt confusing, comparisons felt unclear, and small decisions carried more weight than they should. Even well-intentioned plans often led to kitchens that looked good on paper, but didn’t work as well in real life.
