About Thirty Three Cabinetry
Design first. Cabinets second.
Most kitchen regrets start with picking products too soon. We start with your layout, so the space works for how you cook, host, and live—then we help you make confident choices from there.
We’re a small, craft-minded team in West/Central Michigan that believes a good kitchen begins on paper, not in a showroom aisle.
What We’re Here For
- Clarity before choices. We help you see the space clearly—flow, storage, and priorities—so decisions feel easy, not overwhelming.
- Straight talk. Clear timelines, transparent pricing, and no pressure.
- Follow-through. We do what we say we’ll do, and we keep you informed the whole way.
Our Design-First Approach (Simple & Human)
- Listen – Tell us what’s working, what isn’t, and what “better” looks like.
- Map the Space – We translate your sketch or measurements into a clear plan.
- Visualize – We provide a complimentary 2D/3D concept so you can “test drive” the layout before you commit.
- Decide with Confidence – With the plan set, we explore finishes and details that fit your budget and style.
- Coordinate & Prepare – We align on next steps, timeline, and who’s doing what—so installation day starts on solid ground.
What We Value
- Integrity – Do the right thing the first time, especially when no one’s watching.
- Craftsmanship – Thoughtful details and careful coordination matter.
- Respect – For your time, your budget, and your home.
About Travis
I’m Travis—woodworker by trade, homebrewer by hobby, backyard pitmaster on the weekend, and a believer that kitchens should be designed for the lives lived in them. After years in residential remodeling, I saw families pushed toward quick product decisions without a plan. That never ends well.
I started Thirty Three Cabinetry to change that sequence. We slow down just enough to design first—so the choices you make later are simple, aligned, and stress-free.
My wife, daughter, and grandkids keep me grounded and remind me why I care so much about doing this right. Around here, we talk a lot about integrity. To me, that means doing what’s right the first time—even when no one’s watching—and showing up the way I said I would.
One of the voices that’s shaped me most is Tim Faller. His mission to remove the phrase “It is what it is” from the construction industry stuck with me. That mindset fuels everything we do at Thirty Three Cabinetry. We don’t accept mediocrity, and we don’t expect you to either.
Are We a Fit?
- You want a plan before you pick doors and colors.
- You prefer clear communication and realistic timelines.
- You care about function as much as finishes.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet.
